alpha 1-Antitrypsin

alpha 1-Antitrypsin은 아스파라긴 잔기에 결합한 3개의 탄화수소측쇄를 가진 394 아미노산 잔기의 단일 사슬 폴리펩타이드입니다.
혈장중에 약 290mg/100 ml의 농도로 존재하며 세린 프로테아제(Serine Protease)의 저해제이고 엘라스타제(Elastase)의 중요한 조절 인자로서도 작용합니다.
또한 호중구엘라스타제(Neutrophil Elastase), 카텝신 G(Cathepsin G), 및 프로테이나제 3(Proteinase 3)의 저해제입니다.
